What makes your product unique?

Notomaton's answer:

It's simple by default, and wholly plugin-based so you can add whatever functionality you want (and nothing you don't!). Use it for personal notes, lists, etc - as well as a Journal, Accomplishments tracker, Task management, project tracker, blog writing tool, ideation tool, reminders tool, and more.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Notomaton's answer:

Its way more powerful than the free default (e.g. Google Keep, Apple Notes) - but much easier to use and more personal than the big SaaS offers (e.g. Notion)

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Notomaton's answer:

Anybody and everybody that wants to be more organised in their personal and/or professional lives

What's the story behind your product?

Notomaton's answer:

We needed something like this, and it didn't exist - so we made it! We use it ourselves every day- and we hope you love it as much as we do!

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Notomaton's answer:

The app is written in Go with PostgreSQL databases, and uses HTMX to drive the UI - with TailwindCSS and DaisyUI for styling.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Notomaton's answer:

Notomaton is aimed at individuals (including individuals at work) - so all our customers are equally important :)

    There's a share.goodnotes.com link and others are just goodnotes.com. I could only get one notebook to have the fist link a few months ago and it works for viewing it online on Windows on any browser, the other one just takes me to a page telling me to launch the app which I can only do on Apple devices.
