I could only get one notebook to have the fist link a few months ago and it works for viewing it online on Windows on any browser, the other one just takes me to a page telling me to launch the app which I can only do on Apple devices.     The free version of Bibisco is a pretty good place to start. Here's an article about a couple other options as well. I've used Wavemaker Cards and like that, too. If you like spreadsheets to work with, TreeSheets is worth a look. It's a free-form spreadsheet, which means you can click on a line and create a new column or row.
