Hiya.com - it comes default with most Samsung phones. Otherwise, you have to download it. It compares the incoming call and SMS telephone numbers against a database of known scammers, spammers and fraudsters. You can set it to auto block or let the call go through but with a caller ID warning that it's a suspected bad call. Source: almost 4 years ago
