GitBook is simple and clean, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need. I like it for early-stage products or teams with lighter documentation. You’ll eventually hit limits if your structure gets more complex, but if simplicity is your priority, it’s a solid choice. - Source: dev.to / 9 months ago
TL,DR: LaunchDarkly is great for B2C companies. Bucket is for B2B SaaS products, like GitBook — a modern, AI-integrated documentation platform. - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago

Good question that led to insightful responses. I would like to bring GitBook (https://gitbook.com) too to the comparison notes (no affiliation). They, too, focus on the collaborative, 'similar-to-git-workflow', and versioned approach towards documentation. Happy to see variety in the 'docs' tools area, and really appreciate it being FOSS. Looking forward to trying out Kalmia on some project soon. - Source: Hacker News / almost 2 years ago
You can have both a landing page (e.g.: www.your-project.dev) and a documentation website (e.g.: docs.your-project.dev). For creating documentation website GitBook is better fit than Gitlanding. GitBook is free for open source Projects (you just need to issue a request). - Source: dev.to / over 4 years ago
AWS provides a straightforward approach to create voice-based AI agents in Amazon Connect using the Management Console. With just a couple of clicks you can set up an Amazon Lex bot with all your customers' intents, easily pair it with an Amazon Connect Flow, and voila, your bot is ready to take some customer inquiries. - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago
Amazon Connect (cloud contact center). - Source: dev.to / over 3 years ago
Amazon Connect is a powerful solution that lets us set up a phone number, build contact flows, support call centre agents, and everything in-between. It's not exactly a leader in this space, but it's smooth integration with other AWS Services makes it a breeze for this scenario. - Source: dev.to / over 3 years ago
I wonder if Amazon is using Amazon Connect to allows agents to answer these calls remotely. https://aws.amazon.com/connect/. - Source: Hacker News / almost 4 years ago
One of my contracts im working on at the moment is creating an entire call centre automatically with https://aws.amazon.com/connect/ - imagine how many people used to be involved in running a WHOLE call centre. You don't even need real people anymore, im just programming the thing to query databases and read the results to people. Source: about 4 years ago
