What's the story behind your product?

TradeVulcan's answer:

TradeVulcan was created from inside the trades rather than from outside the industry. Its founder spent more than 20 years working in the skilled trades as a contractor, licensed HVAC professional, instructor, operator, and business leader.

After years of operating service businesses, the same problem kept appearing: contractors were buying more and more disconnected software to manage leads, calls, reviews, websites, marketing, follow-up, customer communication, and reporting. Important customer information was spread across different systems, teams had to jump between applications, and opportunities were frequently lost between them.

TradeVulcan was built to solve that problem by creating a connected technology layer for contractors. Instead of another isolated point solution, TradeVulcan brings AI, automation, communication, lead conversion, reputation, and business intelligence together around the contractor's existing operational data.

The goal is to give contractors enterprise-level technology without requiring an enterprise-sized technology department.
