The primary audience is operations, finance and IT leaders in mid-sized and larger organizations with complex, multi-step or distributed processes. Typical customers have approvals, compliance requirements, documents, multiple teams or locations, and existing ERP/CRM systems that do not fully govern day-to-day execution. Strong use cases include procurement and supplier onboarding, franchise and multi-branch operations, B2B distribution, energy and utilities, HR/recruitment, and customer/sales workflows.

What makes your product unique?

Mobbiz is differentiated by its focus on operational execution and governance, rather than simply automating isolated tasks or modelling processes. It can operate independently or alongside ERP, CRM, finance and other core systems, managing the approvals, documents, handoffs, exceptions and business rules that sit between those systems and operational teams.

That philosophy has evolved into today's no-code workflow automation and operational governance platform, supported by business-process expertise and continuous improvement.
