As answered by people managing git-sizer and AmphiVox.
AmphiVox's answer:
People who currently type into a form but would rather not: field teams, support desks, event and booking staff, anyone running intake or onboarding. It fits best wherever a respondent is on a phone, in a hurry, or more comfortable speaking than writing.
AmphiVox's answer:
Because it doesn't shrink the question to make the form easier. Most tools speed things up by asking less. AmphiVox keeps the real, open-ended question and still makes it fast and easy to answer: you talk, it listens, confirms, and structures the response for you.
AmphiVox's answer:
Most voice tools stop at transcription: you talk, it writes down what you said. AmphiVox goes a step further and figures out where each piece belongs. Say three things in one breath, in any of 45+ languages, and it sorts them into the right fields and checks back if anything's unclear. It's built to handle the open question a form usually turns into a rating, not only the name and email at the top.
