It depends on what you want. setlist.fm is the setlist database with an "I was there" mark, but no diary, no photos per show, no Wrapped and no lineup stats. Bandsintown and Songkick are about upcoming shows and tickets, not the concerts you have been to. Concert Archives keeps a history but has no automatic Wrapped, no festival stage-by-stage tracking and no mutual-only social layer. Spotify Wrapped counts what you streamed, not what you lived. Gigvault is the diary for what you actually saw: setlists and full lineup fill in automatically, support acts and festival sets count as their own shows, photos and notes stay with the night they belong to, Concert Wrapped rebuilds after every show, and Concert Buddies shows which friends were at the same concerts. Gigvault started in January 2025 as a solo project by Alexandra Pytel in Germany. The trigger was a simple question that turned out to be impossible to answer: how many times have I seen this band? Ticket stubs in a drawer, photos with no context, half a festival weekend nobody could reconstruct. The existing tools stopped at "attended" (setlist.fm) or pointed forward to upcoming shows (Bandsintown, Songkick). So Gigvault became the diary for what you already saw: log a show, the setlist and full lineup fill in automatically, openers and festival sets count as their own entries, and Concert Wrapped updates after every gig instead of once a year. It is still solo-built and self-funded, on iOS, Android and the web, in 13 languages, and concert logging has stayed free, unlimited and ad-free from day one.

React with Vite and TypeScript for the web app, Supabase (Postgres, auth, storage, edge functions) as the backend, Capacitor for the native iOS and Android apps from the same codebase, and Lovable for hosting. Setlist and lineup data comes from a database of 9.9M+ setlists. The web app runs in the browser with no download; iOS and Android are in the App Store and Google Play.
