To play around with data generation and make a custom dataset I can recommend using โ https://generatedata.com/. Iโve used it to generate 1๐ records of the data. At the moment of writing this article, the basic yearly plan costs 25$ and you would not regret it. - Source: dev.to / almost 4 years ago
Good morning, I should populate my db with fake data and I tried generatedata.com and mockaroo.com but they both have limits on the number of rows (500 and 1000 respectively). Do you know of any site/software that allows me to produce fake data of 5000/10000 rows at a time? Thanks in advance. Source: over 4 years ago

Tailscale is how every machine in the stack is reachable from outside the local network. All four machines are on the same Tailnet, which means I can reach any service from anywhere without opening ports or maintaining a VPN server. - Source: dev.to / about 2 months ago
Still the most reliable setup, honestly. SSH into your machine over Tailscale (or Mosh if your connection is rubbish), reattach your tmux session, carry on. Free, works everywhere, been around forever. The downside is it's all terminal and you need to know your way around. Not exactly mobile-friendly either. Typing SSH commands on a phone keyboard is proper painful. - Source: dev.to / 4 months ago
