For eg: It will allow category managers to understand brand affinity of customers in a given geography, or price sensitivity of a particular cohort of customers and allows for various kinds of visualisations on top of that data.

Both these tools are amazing in their own right; however, I want to learn how these processes operate on a much lower level.
