Claude AIawesome, but contains some bugs like frezees or editor view crash
Expensive, and the pricing model changed, but it just works. I hope more competitors release equally good quality to have a more fair pricing model in the longrun.
So Iโve been playing around with Claude for a bit, and hereโs the vibe:
Honestly, it feels way more chill than a lot of other AI tools. Itโs super polite, doesnโt jump into assumptions too fast, and gives responses that are easy to read like talking to a thoughtful friend rather than someone in a hurry. Itโs surprisingly good at breaking down complex stuff into simple terms without sounding condescending, which I really appreciate.
In terms of creativity, Claude does pretty well โ whether I ask for a poem, a short story, or help brainstorming ideas, it doesnโt just give cookie-cutter replies. Thereโs a bit of personality there, like it tries to make things interesting rather than just factual.
On the downside? Sometimes it plays it a bit too safe. If you push for a bold opinion or a more adventurous answer, itโll often stay in the middle-of-the-road lane. And for niche topics, itโs not always as sharp as some other models unless you give super clear instructions.
Also, itโs fast no long pauses or overcomplicated explanations which makes it nice for quick back-and-forth.
Claude Sonnet 3.5 is amazing for coding! I used to use the chat interface and copy-paste, but now I use aider.chat. Aider works in a git repo and forces Claude to only make the changes you requested. Changes are easy to revert.
A downside: Code is not always what I want. I try to make it do work in small chunks and this helps. Excels at writing boilerplate-y code that tends to be a little different on different websites.
Two helpful styles of prompts:
Using it for Python/Django/HTMX/AlpineJS. Django templates mixed with JS are no problem.
Claude AI might be a bit more popular than GDevelop. We know about 99 links to it since March 2021 and only 78 links to GDevelop. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.

Humble Bundle has a Godot bundle is available for the next day or so. That might be a good one to look at if you're ok with leaning into code a bit (gdscript is very very similar to python). https://www.humblebundle.com/software/learn-godot-43-complete-course-bundle-software Also check out the RPG Maker bundle. That's pretty point-and-click. You can have something basic up and running in a couple minutes... - Source: Hacker News / almost 2 years ago
I selected this library as I normally use much higher-level tools to develop games such as p5.js, or GDevelop. Both these tools are amazing in their own right; however, I want to learn how these processes operate on a much lower level. These tools take care of a lot of issues for you ranging from asset to memory management. Raylib is still cross-platform but does not handle these tasks for the programmer which I... - Source: dev.to / almost 2 years ago
It's not as monolithic as you'd think. There are lots of engines out there but their communities aren't very vocal compared to Unity, Unreal, and especially Godot's community. Take a look at: https://itch.io/game-development/engines/most-projects And https://www.gamedeveloper.com/blogs/the-generous-space-of-alternative-game-engines-a-curation- If you look at both of these you'll see just how many engines there are... - Source: Hacker News / almost 3 years ago

My prefered way of using a new mode is through Claude, but I believe Gemma4 has a different tool calling structure so it is not compatible yet, but you can use it with LMStudio, or skil all that because you can now. - Source: dev.to / 3 months ago
โ In 2024, Apple released a technical paper revealing that "Apple Intelligence" was trained on TPUs, bypassing NVIDIA entirely โ Top AI models like Claude (Anthropic), Midjourney, and Character.ai rely heavily on Google because they offer better performance-per-dollar for massive Transformer models. - Source: dev.to / 6 months ago
Drop an image into Claude or ChatGPT asking it to "recreate this." The result? The LLM guesses styles. Is that padding 16px or 24px? Is that blue #3b82f6 or #2563eb? Is the shadow 0 2px 8px or 0 4px 12px? Pure hallucination. - Source: dev.to / 6 months ago
