I know it was important to check GA4 and Google Search Console regularly, but opening dashboards every day was more burdensome than I expected. When things got busy, I would postpone itโand before I knew it, days had passed without looking at the numbers.
Thatโs why I wanted to shift from pulling data manually to having it delivered automatically to chat each day. By receiving key metrics along with simple recommendations directly in a place I already use, analytics becomes effortless and consistent. GA4 Report Stream was built to remove friction from data monitoring and make insight a natural part of daily workflow.
GA4 Report Stream is an automated daily reporting tool designed to simplify and streamline your entire analytics workflow. Instead of manually logging into multiple dashboards, it automatically delivers up to three selected GA4 metrics each day directly to your chat environment. This allows you to consistently monitor key performance indicators such as traffic, engagement, or conversions, and quickly detect meaningful changes or unusual trends without interrupting your daily work.
In addition, the report highlights the top 10 search keywords from Google Search Console, giving you a clearer understanding of how users are discovering your website through organic search. By seeing which queries are driving impressions and clicks, you can better evaluate your SEO performance and identify new content opportunities.
Beyond simply presenting numbers, GA4 Report Stream provides actionable Next Step suggestions tailored to your data. This helps transform raw metrics into practical decisions, making it easier to prioritize improvements and experiments. Furthermore, it automatically checks whether your most recently published pagesโup to five URLsโhave been indexed by Google. This removes the need for manual index checks and ensures your new content is properly recognized and visible in search results.

With this, I went for designing the db. I went to http://drawsql.app/ and created my first draft. Then exported the DDL and did a bit of back and forth with AI. This is the final draft of the database:. - Source: dev.to / 9 months ago
So I started designing the DB using this cool tool. The project has 2 tables, users and categories . The user can create many categories as he wants so the first approach I took was creating a third table, a union table to store user_id and category_id. With this solution the users are able to create x numbers of categories and we can see assign the category to the user. - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago
Once you have generated the SQL code, you can convert it into a relational schema (the graphical table model) using DrawSQL. This tool offers:. - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago
DrawSQL makes it easy for teams to collaborate on creating and maintaining schema diagrams. With a single source of truth, there's no need for manually syncing diagram files between different developers and offline tools anymore. Source: about 3 years ago
To be honest, since you are just getting started, I think you should reconsider simplifying this app to begin with. Built something easier and get some more experience before jumping in the ocean. Maybe start by focusing only on the parent company and sub-companies. However, I strongly recommend you to try and make a diagram of your database with relations and columns as it can you a lot of time. I personally use... Source: about 3 years ago
