I don't like the service. It is very slow and very expensive. Not recommended it to others.
Don't work the heatmap and I did not like others.

I'm in a similar spot, also with an Auth0 based setup that feels clunky at times. I recently became aware of https://frontegg.com and, while I haven't evaluated it, it looks like they've designed it to solve these pain points. Looks like you can actually embed some of their pages directly in your UI so you don't have to build that yourself. (And just to be clear, I have no association with Frontegg). If you have installed a heat map like hotjar.com then I will tell you that I used that for a month and found 5 or so dead ends where users were not getting to the cart or clicking on things that where not informative enough to lead to the next action. Source: about 1 year ago
