   Does what it says on the box

   Freshdesk provides a free helpdesk system so we can manage our support tickets. They have the feature that allows us to send emails through our own email address (vs using their own email address), and an app that works well to respond and organize tickets.

   My biggest gripe with the service is that they are missing a feature that HelpScout has, where we can reply directly to the notification email and that reply gets sent to the customer. With freshdesk, we have to log into their portal or use the app in order to send a reply.

• Moog support?

  When I click on it and try to view my ticket it asks me to log in, but then tells me my email and password are incorrect, I can log into Moog music just fine....and NOT freshdesk.com. Source: 6 months ago

  What I suggest is using freshdesk.com. It's free for some of the base needs such as automatically creating ticket when people email as support email, giving clients a portal to fill out what you want them to fill out which creates a ticket, automatically notifies people on your team (up to 10) and allows you to create departments and emails them when a ticket is assigned to that department, reply via email allows... • Beware, read carefully and make conclusions

  Since Freewallet is a quite small company they outsource their "support" from this Indian startup the communication is quite complicated. If the company doesn't want to spend more money in order to hire a good support engineer, and instead prefers to save some money by going offshore. Then this companies' customers swill suffer.   There are plenty of online resources that can assist you. For example, myfitnesspal.com has a guided setup under "goals" that calculates the amount of calories you should consume based on your age, height/weight and level of activity. Source: 12 months ago

• Need weight help

  It only takes a second to put your piece of chicken on a food scale and write down how much it weighs. Then it only takes a second to goto myfitnesspal.com and log it into your daily food diary. It seems overwhelming having to weigh and pay attention to everything you eat, but its actually really easy and becomes second nature over time. Source: 12 months ago

  That is, of the 632 calories on Day 2, 16g were from protein, 42g from carbs, and 48g from fat. The myfitnesspal.com website makes it easy to input 'manual' foods from my respective meals, where I put in the calories, grams of fat, carbs and protein, and it calculates out the percentages / calories on a given day's diary. • How many calories do I need to lose or maintenence.

  Hi there, good job losing the weight you have. I recommend myfitnesspal.com. You will need your accurate height also. But you can play around with the figures to see how much of a deficit you need/what your calorie goal should be etc. Ive used it for years, there is also a massive community and food database :).
