Haptik has built its platform on the back of having done it ourselves while building the entire AI product suite independently for each specific use case. We build from within the enterprise, leveraging the benefits of a long-term alliance with one of the world¿s largest conglomerates and provide a home-grown, real-time analytics platform with a dedicated Business Intelligence team. Haptik also has an automated conversational testing platform that enables real time improvements to the AI.

If the company doesn't want to spend more money in order to hire a good support engineer, and instead prefers to save some money by going offshore. Then this companies' customers swill suffer.
