Don't do bootcamp. Start with something like https://freecodecamp.org and take a few lessons. Try to build something from that and see how motivated you are. If you see some progress and this thing still excites you, then may be find an engineer (a friend/co worker etc) who can guide you a bit as you continue to build something. To be honest, it's another rabbit hole. In my whole experience history with these job platforms, I can 100% backup G2i as I got a dream job there and Toptal, Lemon.io, Turing, and Arc.dev are fine but people have different opinions about them, sometimes they want to charge you a lot, sometimes there is a lack of jobs, etc. It's a thing to consider, but hear this out. - Source: dev.to / over 2 years ago
