Forms Manager
Q-DirThis tool is particularly recommended for businesses that need a reliable platform for data collection and management, including those in sectors like construction, manufacturing, and HR departments where form data is crucial for operational processes.
Q-Dir is most beneficial for power users, IT professionals, and anyone who frequently handles large volumes of files. It's also useful for those who work with multiple monitors or require an efficient way to transfer and organize files across different folders and drives.

Finally installed DesktopOK by SoftwareOK.com. It's a bit of a Swiss Army Knife application. It has a "Tools" setting to enable an Alt+MouseDrag to move and/or resize any window by using a precedence key + mouse movement. For my purposes, this ability should be part of the Windows experience out of the box. Source: about 3 years ago
