Every apparel and footwear brand has product that cannot be sold as it is: manufacturing defects caught after distribution, goods damaged in transit, unsold stock, late-stage embellishment that has to happen in-region.
ERPs and PLM systems run the happy flow; they were never built for what happens when a batch is blocked. That work usually lives in spreadsheets, email threads, and WhatsApp groups, and it does not scale.
Flexireo makes those non-conformity batches ESPR-audit ready. It scores each blocked batch on economic, technical, and regulatory factors, then coordinates it across whichever disposition route fits: rework, preparation for reuse, donation, recycling, other recovery, or disposal. Rework is one path of six, not the whole product. Every route, including scrap, feeds a single Article 24 audit trail.
The platform runs a seven-stage lifecycle: triage and recoverability scoring, routing or partner selection, structured RFQ and bid comparison, project award with chain of custody, execution tracking with mobile photo evidence, ESPR documentation generation, and post-job vendor scoring.
From 19 July 2026 the ESPR destruction ban applies to large EU companies, and Article 24 disclosure requires documented traceability of what happened to every unsold product. Flexireo produces that documentation as a byproduct of operational use, not as a separate year-end project.
Flexireo was co-developed over two years with the quality teams at a multi-country European sporting goods retailer; more than 50,000 products were processed through the platform. A first pilot can be live one week after a signed contract.

Flexireo's answer
Flexireo is built specifically to make apparel and footwear non-conformity batches ESPR-audit ready. Most tools handle one route, usually rework, and leave everything else in spreadsheets. Flexireo scores each blocked batch and coordinates it across all six disposition routes (rework, reuse, donation, recycling, recovery, disposal), and every route, including scrap, feeds a single Article 24 audit trail. Generic QMS platforms are built for broad manufacturing and take six to twelve months to deploy. Flexireo is apparel-specific, unit-level from day one, and live in a week.
Flexireo's answer
Three reasons. It is built for apparel and footwear specifically, not retrofitted from industrial manufacturing, so it tracks units the way soft-goods teams actually work. It produces ESPR Article 24 documentation as a byproduct of daily operations rather than as a separate year-end project. And it deploys in a week with a low-risk pilot, against the six-to-twelve-month timelines and six-figure starting points of enterprise QMS suites. It also coexists with your ERP and PLM through webhooks and exports rather than asking you to replace them.
Flexireo's answer
Quality directors, quality managers, and sustainability leads at apparel, footwear, sporting goods, and outdoor brands placing products on the EU market. The common thread is a team coordinating non-conformity across external workshops and partners that needs unit-level traceability and an ESPR audit trail. The qualifying question is not how much you rework; it is what happens to the product you cannot repair or resell, and whether you can document it for Article 24.
Flexireo's answer
Flexireo is the second multi-stakeholder coordination platform this team has built. The first, cpot.app, gives municipalities, contractors, and inspectors a shared real-time view of road repair work and is used by more than 50 municipalities across Scandinavia. The founder spent years on ERP implementations and kept seeing the same gap: ERPs run the happy flow but go quiet the moment a batch is blocked for defects, damage, or as unsold stock. Flexireo was co-developed over two years with the quality teams at a multi-country European sporting goods retailer, inside a live operation; more than 50,000 products were processed through the platform. The ESPR destruction ban arriving on 19 July 2026 turned that operational gap into a regulatory one, which is the problem Flexireo now solves.
