Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Finezza.in and Finblick.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Finezza.in's answer

Cloud-based lending lifecycle platform AI-powered / analytics-driven system With no-code configurability

👉 This implies a modern SaaS architecture.

Finblick's answer:

Finblick is built natively on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies. It leverages Salesforce's AppExchange infrastructure and integrates with external services including DATEV (accounting export) and FinAPI (Open Banking).

What's the story behind your product?

Finezza.in's answer

The team behind Finezza is a group of tech and product veterans with deep domain knowledge in financial institution credit and lending operations. Finezza has been built iteratively to provide customised and complete lending solutions for companies pursuing tech-assisted growth trajectories.

Finblick's answer:

Finblick was developed by Cloudwharf, a Salesforce-focused software company. The product was born out of a recurring challenge: companies using Salesforce for sales were still managing finance in separate, disconnected tools. Finblick closes that gap by bringing accounting natively into Salesforce, eliminating the friction between sales and finance teams and enabling a seamless quote-to-cash process within one platform.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Finezza.in's answer

Audience includes: a. NBFCs (Non-Banking Financial Companies) b. Digital lending startups / fintechs c. Banks and credit institutions d. Companies offering: - BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) - MSME lending - Line of credit / revolving credit

Finblick's answer:

Finance and sales teams at SMBs, mid-market companies, and multi-entity organizations (holdings, corporate groups) that already use Salesforce for CRM and need accounting functionality within the same platform – primarily in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Finezza.in's answer

Hiranandani financial services, Gromor finance, Kredit Venture, Profectus capital, Finaleap, Metafin, Suryoday Bank

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Finezza.in's answer

  1. Offer no code systems enabling go-live within days

  2. Intelligent document verification, real-time credit risk assessment, and streamlined approval workflows with minimal custom development.

  3. Comprehensive reporting suite covering every aspect of your lending operations - from cash flow tracking and portfolio analysis to risk monitoring, accounting reconciliation, and regulatory submissions.

  4. Get real-time dashboards with customisable filters for data-driven decision making across all lending products.

Finblick's answer:

Most accounting tools either require a separate system alongside Salesforce or offer only basic invoicing functionality. Finblick covers the full financial document lifecycle – from quote to payment – without leaving Salesforce.

It is specifically designed for the DACH market, with built-in compliance for German e-invoicing standards (XRechnung and ZUGFeRD) and a DATEV integration. Setup requires no custom development, and the modular licensing model means teams can start with what they need and expand later.

What makes your product unique?

Finezza.in's answer

Low code loan origination system, no-code loan management system and AI-powered debt recovery and collection management system designed for customer-centric lending operations.

Finblick's answer:

Finblick is built entirely inside Salesforce – not just integrated with it. Finance and sales teams work in the same system, with no data exports, no duplicate entries, and no switching between tools. The result is a true quote-to-cash workflow within a single Salesforce org, covering quotes, invoices, e-invoices (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD), DATEV export, bank synchronization, and SEPA direct debit – all natively.

On top of that, Finblick supports AI-powered quoting via Agentforce: sales reps can turn meeting notes into a complete, ready-to-send quote with a single prompt – without leaving Salesforce.
