Final Capsule is a dead man's switch for the things that matter most.
You write messages for the people you love: letters, voice notes, photos, videos, passwords or crypto seed phrases. Everything is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it leaves your browser, so we only ever store ciphertext and cannot read anything.
Then we check in with you periodically by email. If you ever stop responding, a multi-phase verification process starts: reminders first, then trusted people you designated ("SafeGuards") are asked to confirm before anything is released. Only then are your capsules delivered to your chosen recipients.
Why it exists: when someone dies, families are usually locked out of accounts, password managers and hardware wallets, and the words that mattered were never written down. Existing options force you to either share secrets while alive or put them in a will that becomes a public document. Final Capsule is the third way: sealed, encrypted, opened only for the right person at the right time.

The combination of true end-to-end encryption with human verification. Most dead man's switches are a simple timer: miss an email and your secrets are sent. Final Capsule adds a multi-phase process where trusted people you chose must confirm before anything is released, which protects against false triggers (a lost phone, a long hospital stay) while your content stays encrypted the whole time. We store only ciphertext and cannot read or recover anything ourselves.

Existing tools either required sharing secrets while alive or relied on unencrypted documents that become public at probate.
