Download and install the File Converter, right-click on an image file such as jpg, png, etc. And hover over "File Converter" which should be above "Open with," go to "Configure presets," go to webp, set the quality to something reasonable like 90 (you can even go lower), save. There's not a single piece of PHP code on the page. No "what is PHP", no "why should I use it", and no "that's why PHP is great". That's the first I've heard of it, and I like it! I can't tell you the number of trips to php.net to look at argument order for a function. Is it haystack/needle, or needle/haystack?
