Typical users are HVAC, Elevator Repairs, Electrical Contractors, Plumbing companies, Generator Repairs, Photocopier and many IT, Cable and Telephony companies. Being a more comprehensive software, it has lot many features compared to competitive FSM software.

We compete a number of FSM companies and it varies based on segments. Field Force Tracker is deployed in a number of industries such as HVAC/Plumbing, Elevator Businesses, Electrical Contractor, Copier Management, Telecom Businesses, IT Service companies etc. in many countries and time zones. The competitors vary in each sector - for instance in Copier business, we primarily compete with E-Automate, Miracle S/W etc. In other sectors, we compete with all major FSM software.
