Fideliya Pass is a loyalty platform for modern specialty businesses such as coffee shops, salons, spas, gyms, boutiques. Instead of paper stamp cards or yet another app your customers will never download, every customer gets a branded loyalty pass that lives directly in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.

The pass is the product. It updates in real time, points, stamp progress, rewards, and tier status change on the customer's phone the moment they're scanned at the counter. A built-in QR code doubles as a referral engine, turning existing customers into new sign-ups.

Behind the pass, owners get a quiet, focused dashboard: a point-of-sale scan flow, customer analytics, digital gift cards, and one-tap broadcasts that push offers straight to every cardholder's wallet.

Fideliya is built multilingual from the ground up: English, French, Spanish, and Arabic, including full right-to-left layouts, so the pass and dashboard feel native to your customers, not translated.

Pricing is simple and transparent in EUR: a free tier to start, with Pro and Enterprise plans as you grow.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Fideliya and Hypervector.

What makes your product unique?

Fideliya's answer

Most loyalty software hands you a dashboard and bolts a card onto it. Fideliya starts with the card. Every customer carries a branded pass that lives inside Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, right beside their boarding passes and concert tickets. It updates the moment they're scanned, and there is nothing for them to download. It also speaks their language from the start, in English, French, Spanish and Arabic, with full right to left support, so the pass feels made for them rather than translated for them. Very little in this category does both.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Fideliya's answer

The owner who knows her regulars by name. Specialty coffee shops, barbers, salons, spas, gyms, boutiques, the independent restaurant on the corner. People with taste and pride who built something worth coming back to, and who have never had a loyalty tool that matched the care they put into everything else. Fideliya is for them, not for the chains.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Fideliya's answer

Because your customers never have to think about it. The pass is already in their wallet, their points and rewards move in real time, and they never install an app or create an account. Everything you need lives in one place: points and stamps, a referral code built into every pass, gift cards, honest analytics, and one tap to reach every cardholder at once. It works beautifully in four languages, Arabic included, which most tools quietly skip. Pricing is transparent and in euros, with a free tier, so you can see it for yourself long before you talk to anyone.

What's the story behind your product?

Fideliya's answer

Small businesses are the backbone of every city worth loving, and they lose their most loyal customers in silence. Not to bad service, but to big franchises with apps, points systems, and entire teams built to bring people back. The owner has tools for marketing, for accounting, for bookings. For the regulars, the ones who matter most, only hope. The most loyal customers in the world walk into these places every day and leave without a trace. They deserve better. They just never had the tools to match their heart. Fideliya is that tool.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Fideliya's answer

Fideliya is built on the two technologies that matter most to the people using it: Apple Wallet, through Apple's PassKit, and the Google Wallet Integration. That's what lets a pass live in a customer's phone, update in real time, and work without an app. The rest sits on a modern, secure web stack chosen for speed and reliability, with bank grade payment and data handling underneath. The wallet integrations are the part you can see. The rest is built to stay out of your way.
