Bootstrapware Feedback is an embed-only feature-request system built around the host application’s existing identity and product experience. The host asserts a stable user ID, so customers do not create another account or leave the application for a public feedback portal. Teams can keep posts and votes on their own backend through the BYO adapter or use Bootstrapware’s Hosted storage and moderation tools.

Bootstrapware Feedback was created around the observation that a basic voting list is easy to generate, but a dependable production feedback system is not. Identity boundaries, duplicate requests, voting behavior, status management, storage choices, moderation, configuration revisions, and webhook delivery turn a small feature into an ongoing maintenance burden. Bootstrapware packages those details into a focused React component priced for small SaaS businesses.
