Fax Zero is one I can vouch for, despite the site looking super sketchy hah. Source: about 3 years ago
Also, Google free digital fax, here is fax zero that you can send a few for free or pay for a lot more access. But the free version should be good for you. Source: about 3 years ago
1) If you can post on Reddit, Twitter, or Tiktok, please do so and share it in the discord server if youโve joined so we can boost. 2) If Faxing, use https://faxzero.com/ You get 5 free faxes per email. Extremely effective. If you can't call, please email or fax. Source: about 3 years ago
For those who need to send short faxes (up to 3 pages), then FaxZero.Com is a good, free option. I've used it successfully many times for occasionally random places that insist on fax. Source: about 3 years ago
I used https://faxzero.com/ it was easy and probably the cheapest. No need to make an account or monthly subscription. Source: about 3 years ago
I use SubEthaEdit for this, but you can also set in TextEdit's preferences for new documents to default to plain text. Source: almost 5 years ago
And on a Mac this is where I fail to see the market for it, particularly at $100. If you just want something lightweight to open text files but still have some basic syntax highlighting, there are heaps of choices that are better Mac apps. I'd suggest any/all of these three (all of which happen to be OSS but that's not why I recommend them - I didn't actually realise until now that they all are) - SubEthaEdit:... - Source: Hacker News / about 5 years ago
