Evlek was founded by Onur Dokuzoğlu, an architect based in Kyrenia, KKTC. After years of watching friends, students, and clients waste weeks on fake listings, outdated platforms, and language barriers in the local property market, he set out to build the platform he wished existed: AI-native, verified, multilingual, and built specifically for Northern Cyprus.

The name "Evlek" comes from the Turkish word for a small plot of land — a nod to roots, ownership, and the dream of finding the right place. Our tagline says it simply: "Cyprus, properly listed."

Evlek launched on the App Store in April 2026 and is currently in the early-traction phase with a growing subscriber base across individual property owners, real estate agents, users in Kyrenia, Famagusta, and Nicosia.

Enterprise plans (Corporate and Developer tiers) are available for agencies and property developers via direct contact — partnerships are forming with construction companies and agencies in the KKTC market.
