Ava Data is a real estate data and prospecting platform. It brings property-owner list building, individual and bulk skip tracing, list stacking, ad-audience file preparation, Follow Up Boss enrichment, and a documented REST API into one workflow, so teams stop moving CSVs between disconnected tools. Pricing is credit-based and usage-only: $9/month includes 100 credits, and customers are charged only when a search returns a match.

Ava DataAva Data's answer:
The combination of price and quality is unmatched.
Ava Data's answer:
The list and the contact data come from the same platform, so a list arrives ready to call rather than ready to export. Pricing is usage-only — 2¢ per phone match, 4¢ with email, 20¢ for a Deep Search — and unmatched records cost nothing, so the bill tracks what you actually got.
Ava Data's answer:
Real estate investors and wholesalers, agents and teams farming a geography, and lead-generation or marketing teams that need contact data and ad-ready audience files.
Ava Data's answer:
Ava Data was founded by a business operator who was frustrated with the high subscription cost options available in the industry. Driven by a mission to create a new solution, Ava Data aimed to provide affordable data that was built with flexibility in mind and without the need for high commitments.

We're trying to buy a first property and although we feel like we have some intuitive sense of the local market based on reading the news, I'd really prefer to have hard data to look at and be able to compare by zip code and property types. I've seen ads for estated.com, I wonder if there are any other options? Source: about 5 years ago
