Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing EquityMultiple and Conversion Realtor.

What makes your product unique?

Conversion Realtor's answer:

Conversion Realtor is unique because it is not another CRM, generic AI writer, or automated follow-up bot. It acts as a conversion-intelligence layer that interprets what is happening inside each real estate lead conversation.

The platform analyzes intent, urgency, objections, timing, sentiment, buyer or seller psychology, funnel stage, and conversion risk. It then tells the agent who to prioritize, what to say, when to act, which channel to use, and why that particular move is appropriate.

Unlike tools that send every lead through the same automated sequence, Conversion Realtor continuously adjusts its recommendations as the lead’s behavior and circumstances change. Built-in guardrails account for negative sentiment, follow-up fatigue, post-showing timing, financing friction, and other factors that can make generic automation feel mistimed or impersonal.

It works alongside an agent’s existing CRM, transforming stored lead data and conversations into a ranked, actionable conversion plan.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Conversion Realtor's answer:

Real estate professionals should choose Conversion Realtor when they want better decisions—not simply more automation.

Traditional CRMs store leads and schedule follow-up. AI assistants often automate conversations using predefined sequences. Conversion Realtor goes deeper by interpreting each lead’s intent, urgency, objections, timing, sentiment, psychology, funnel stage, and potential value. It then recommends who to contact, what to say, when to act, and why that move is most appropriate.

Every recommendation adapts as the lead’s behavior and circumstances change. Built-in guardrails help prevent mistimed, repetitive, or insensitive follow-up by accounting for negative sentiment, communication fatigue, post-showing timing, financing friction, and other real-world conditions.

Agents receive personalized, ready-to-send messaging, clear explanations behind each recommendation, and a ranked view of the opportunities that deserve attention now. Conversion Realtor also works alongside existing CRMs, allowing agents to gain decision intelligence without abandoning their established workflow.

The result is less guesswork, more relevant communication, more consistent follow-up, and a better opportunity to convert the leads agents already paid to acquire.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Conversion Realtor's answer:

Conversion Realtor is currently in its early-access stage, serving independent real estate agents and growing teams. Customer names have not yet been publicly disclosed as the company works closely with its founding users to refine the platform and expand its real estate integrations.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Conversion Realtor's answer:

Conversion Realtor is built for real estate professionals who generate internet buyer and seller leads but need a more consistent and intelligent way to convert them.

Its primary audience includes solo real estate agents, growing teams of 3–15 agents, and brokerages with 25 or more agents. It is especially valuable for professionals who manage leads from Zillow, Realtor.com, paid advertising, websites, referrals, and other online sources.

The ideal user already has leads—often stored in a CRM—but struggles with slow response, inconsistent follow-up, generic messaging, poor prioritization, and uncertainty about what to do next. Conversion Realtor helps these professionals identify the opportunities that deserve attention, communicate more effectively, and generate more value from the leads they already have.

What's the story behind your product?

Conversion Realtor's answer:

Conversion Realtor grew out of a simple observation: real estate agents do not necessarily need more leads—they need better help converting the leads they already have.

After more than 20 years in sales, sales leadership, training, and high-value account management, founder Chris McCurdy saw the same pattern repeatedly. Salespeople were surrounded by customer data, conversations, and CRM reminders, yet they were still left to make the hardest decisions alone: Which lead should I work first? What should I say? When should I follow up? What is this person really telling me?

Traditional CRMs could store the conversation, but they could not interpret it. Generic AI could write a message, but it did not understand the lead’s psychology, stage, timing, or risk. Automated sequences could create activity, but activity was not the same as making the right move.

Conversion Realtor was created to close that gap.

The platform analyzes the signals inside each real estate lead conversation—including intent, urgency, objections, sentiment, timing, and buyer or seller psychology. It then transforms those signals into a clear recommendation: who to contact, what to say, when to act, and why that move is appropriate.

What began as an AI messaging concept evolved into a broader Conversion Intelligence Operating System for real estate. The mission is to give every agent the kind of decision support, consistency, and conversion guidance that was once available only through experienced sales managers and coaches.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Conversion Realtor's answer:

Conversion Realtor is built with a modern cloud-based technology stack that includes React, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, and serverless edge functions.

The platform uses artificial intelligence and proprietary decision logic to analyze real estate lead conversations, identify behavioral and conversion signals, and generate stage-aware recommendations and personalized messaging.

Supporting technologies and services include Cloudflare for security and content delivery, PostHog for product analytics, Resend for transactional email, and API integrations with real estate platforms such as Follow Up Boss.
