  Have you heard of Elpha? It's an online community for women in tech and also has a job board. I especially love that you can filter companies by things like %women in leadership roles, remote, flexible work schedule, lactation room in the office (!), US visa support, stated compensation philosophy, 401k matching...   Some options include payment through a system like remote.com, direct payment of the whole gross salary to employee's private account (employee would pay their personal tax - not sure if possible in all countries) or the employee can register a company (usually he/she would be the only employee) and you would do a B2B payment of the gross salary to their business account.
