EliteBooks assumes nobody's job is to sit in it. Bank transactions arrive already categorized from your own history. A photographed receipt comes back as a drafted bill. Reports are live because the ledger is live, so there is no month-end close.

It also runs on genuine double-entry rather than a categorized list, which matters the day an accountant asks for a trial balance.

Two things, both structural rather than cosmetic.

Payments settle into the user's own Stripe account rather than ours. We never hold client money, so we cannot delay it, freeze it, or take a cut of it — not as a policy, but because the funds never pass through anything we control.

And the free plan is split on cost rather than on leverage. Invoicing, quotes, expenses and a full double-entry ledger are free permanently, because they cost us nothing per user to run. The paid plan covers only what bills us monthly: bank feed connections, AI receipt scanning, and automation.
