ElectionBuddy StackBlitzI've started using this as my main IDE for new projects when I'm trying things out. If it keeps getting better at the rate it has been, it'll be even better than coding locally.

Electionbuddy.com is the cheapest one and is not that hard to set up. It IS legal in most states, you just have to mail out a postcard and let them know they can also print it out and mail it in. Since most people are cheap they wont' spend the $0.65 for a stamp. Source: over 2 years ago
Many states allow for online voting using websites like electionbuddy.com With online voting there is no need for a proxy. Proxies in general shoudl be avoided.
