Khanacademy.org is a fantastic resource for math, as well as many other courses. If you have access to the internet, try taking some of the courses there. They mirror what is taught in public schools with classes for all grade levels. There are other resources like edx.org that can provide free courses in topics like computer science and business. The "best" professors/teachers I saw yet, where radiating an exhuberant joy while talking about their topic. It is fun to listen. They where a russian teaching in america who recorded a series about physics for TTC, The Teaching Company. He got voted best professor in america twice.The other one was David Malan of Harvards CS50 on [0]. Beware though, it sadly spoils you for later lectures by others. Criticker.com is really good at recommendations and discovery, but it is lacking a lot of the modern tools that letterboxd has for actually talking about movies. Hot tip: don't bother with a 1-100 scale and just use 1-10 as it does the same thing (putting things in tiers). Source: over 3 years ago

Criticker.com is fairly accurate with its predictions, but you’ve got to play with the filters a bit to improve the recommendations (it tends to favour older films & documentaries ). Not the prettiest site, but functionally great. Source: over 4 years ago
