Khanacademy.org is a fantastic resource for math, as well as many other courses. If you have access to the internet, try taking some of the courses there. They mirror what is taught in public schools with classes for all grade levels. There are other resources like edx.org that can provide free courses in topics like computer science and business. The "best" professors/teachers I saw yet, where radiating an exhuberant joy while talking about their topic. It is fun to listen. They where a russian teaching in america who recorded a series about physics for TTC, The Teaching Company. He got voted best professor in america twice.The other one was David Malan of Harvards CS50 on [0]. Beware though, it sadly spoils you for later lectures by others. Start with W3 schools for absolute scratch, the maybe watch cs50(intro to py) shorts or full lectures on edx.org and solve practice problem sets, it provides pretty good understanding. If you follow the course on edx.org, it will guide to open VSCode in your brother and open a special GitHub account for the course (it will look like https://github.com/code50/ ). Therefore all your exercises will be save in this GitHub account for CS50. And after the exercises have been validated they will be saved on a repo that should look like github.com/me50/. For quality science stuff that you can do for free now, I really enjoy Crash Course on Youtube as an entertaining introduction to a topic or as a review. It's mostly conceptual, which is great for inspiration but not rigorous enough for college prep. For getting a taste of what learning will be like at the college level, I love edx.org.
