For example I can access eclipse.org in chrome without issue. I'm seeing my PA cert when I check it's trusted. However when I run the eclipse installer it fails which I suspect is because of the decryption. Most recently I've had issues with clipped audio that lasted all day over several appointments and had to move the audio portion of the sessions to over the phone (client and I both muting our video and using our cell phones).
