EasyRoutes is a delivery management platform that takes orders from any source and turns them into optimized multi-stop routes in seconds. Connect via native integration for Shopify merchants, or via REST API, Zapier, or CSV upload for any other eCommerce platform โ and have your first optimized route ready in seconds without any manual data entry.
The routing engine accounts for traffic patterns, delivery time windows, driver capacity, stop priorities, and custom Delivery Zones drawn directly on the map. Split orders automatically across multiple drivers, manage related routes as a group, and set up recurring route schedules with Workflow automation.
Drivers work from the EasyRoutes mobile app (iOS & Android) โ turn-by-turn navigation, per-stop order details, and a full proof of delivery toolkit including photos, eSignatures, barcodes, and GPS-stamped confirmations. A GPS proximity warning flags stops outside the expected delivery area before theyโre marked as delivered.
Customers receive automated SMS and email notifications at every stage, linked to a branded real-time tracking page showing live driver location and ETA. Fewer support requests. A better delivery experience.
Dispatchers get a live activity feed across all active routes and a delivery analytics dashboard tracking on-time rates, driver KPIs, completion trends, and historical delivery data.
