Drivers can receive offers from multiple companies through one app, while operators manage bookings, assignments, rates, payments, documents, and passenger communication using the same live data.

E-BookNow uses Vue.js and JavaScript for its reactive web interfaces, with Android and iOS technologies supporting its mobile applications. Firebase provides cloud infrastructure, authentication, real-time data synchronization, hosting, and backend services. The platform also integrates services such as Google Maps for locations and routes, FlightAware for flight information, Vonage for communications, and Stripe and PayPal for payment workflows.

E-BookNow began as a custom solution created to meet the real operational needs of a limousine and private car service company. The business needed a better way to manage reservations, scheduling, dispatch, drivers, passengers, payments, and daily operations without relying on disconnected tools.

Working closely with a software development company, those practical requirements were transformed into a complete cloud platform. Features were designed around real booking and dispatch workflows, tested in day-to-day transportation operations, and continuously improved as new needs appeared.

What started as software for one company evolved into E-BookNow: an all-in-one booking, reservation, scheduling, and dispatch platform available to limousine, chauffeur, livery, and private car service businesses of different sizes.
