   Does what it says on the box

   Freshdesk provides a free helpdesk system so we can manage our support tickets. They have the feature that allows us to send emails through our own email address (vs using their own email address), and an app that works well to respond and organize tickets.

   My biggest gripe with the service is that they are missing a feature that HelpScout has, where we can reply directly to the notification email and that reply gets sent to the customer. With freshdesk, we have to log into their portal or use the app in order to send a reply.

  Also, Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup is a decent pick. It's free, so hard to beat the price. There's also no music or audio at all, which means I can listen to my own music or a podcast while I rampage through the dungeon as a Troll Berzerker, pulling apart goblins like they're made of monkey bread.   Dungeon Crawl: Stone Soup is a good one. It is a classic-style roguelike that does not feature sound effects or music of its own. I will frequently queue up podcasts to listen to while I take a run or two. Source: over 2 years ago

• Singleplayer/offline games for a week or two without internet that you can actually finish (not endless)? [PC]

  If you're down for an older-style roguelike, Dungeon Crawl: Stone Soup is free and it's optimal for a keyboard that has a 10-key (numpad) for movement. There is an endgame, but it takes a lot of luck and doing to reach it. I just poke at the game on occasion to see how far I get. Never been within any reasonable distance of the end.   DCSS or Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup as it's known in full is considered to be one of the best roguelikes out there. DCSS originally released in 2006, it's a fork ofLinley's Dungeon Crawl aka. Crawl (1997) which again is based of off modified NetHack code (1987). Source: almost 3 years ago

  What I suggest is using freshdesk.com. It's free for some of the base needs such as automatically creating ticket when people email as support email, giving clients a portal to fill out what you want them to fill out which creates a ticket, automatically notifies people on your team (up to 10) and allows you to create departments and emails them when a ticket is assigned to that department, reply via email allows... • Beware, read carefully and make conclusions

  Since Freewallet is a quite small company they outsource their "support" from this Indian startup the communication is quite complicated. If the company doesn't want to spend more money in order to hire a good support engineer, and instead prefers to save some money by going offshore. Then this companies' customers swill suffer.
