I would be interested in some good migration tools, paid ones are also ok. I found a post about this on drupal.org, but it didn't seem like an easy process. It is a multilanguage site with many content types, and a totally custom theme. Source: over 3 years ago
You got already good advice, but wanted to point the guide of drupal.org where you can see some tools listed with instructions and channels https://www.drupal.org/community/contributor-guide/reference-information/talk/tools. Source: over 3 years ago

For reviews, it depends entirely on what you mean by "review". I believe core has a simple comment module, although it may have been deprecated for D9? I don't know about typing programs, but another option is using a dictation tool. https://speechnotes.co/ is a good one that's free. Source: over 3 years ago
Https://speechnotes.co/ is a great speech-to-text site. Free. You just speak out loud and the text appears. Then you correct errors afterwards. Source: over 3 years ago
The best free dictation tool I have found is this one: Https://speechnotes.co/. Source: over 3 years ago
I believe that services like Google Docs and https://speechnotes.co/ have speech-to-text capabilities. Source: over 3 years ago
Use this, if you can. You can edit it later when you are feeling better. Source: almost 4 years ago
