Interesting. I have almost the same workflow with https://getdrafts.com/ where I only take short notes and I have custom action which sets the creation date+time of the note as its first line. Similar to mine. I use Apple Notes for quick, ephemeral notes and for notes I share with the family. If they are the ones that are more important, they go into the plain-text notes in the Obsidian folder. The Notes folder(s) is sync with a Cloud Service.
