Use this: https://danpla.github.io/dpscreenocr/ I set it on Ctrl+Q shortcut. It takes screenshot and transcribe text from the image. The text is automatically copied to clipboard for you. Its English OCR is top-notched. Its other languages are pretty good as well. Still, you'll need to fix the formats a bit. Source: about 3 years ago

This is more of a question than an answer, but has anyone used an online audio transcription site to create an English transcription directly from a Spanish language audio podcast MP3 file? I was just looking into this this morning, and seems like there are some services out there that will do this, either for free for small files (10 min) or at what seems like a reasonable price.
