Taskwise
TaskWhole is a small tool covering two kinds of work that usually live in separate apps: repeatable tasks, and outbound email.
Tasks are stored as blueprints with steps and a schedule. Each time one is due it produces a run for that day, so the task itself is never finished โ only the run is. Steps open links, hold text ready to copy, offer variants to choose between, or serve as reminders that stay unticked because they are not work.
Outreach sends through your own SMTP mailboxes, from your own domain, with encrypted credentials and a per-mailbox daily cap that refuses rather than queues. Templates form sequences with day counts measured from the first message. Nothing sends automatically: a follow-up becomes due and waits for you, and marking a reply stops the sequence at once.
Everything above is free. Pro, at $5 a month or $45 a year, adds reports โ which message got the reply, how much chasing it took, reply rate by template and by mailbox โ and a Chrome extension that sends and marks replies from the page where you found the lead.
