Given the complexity of compliance-driven archiving and document management, users may face a significant learning curve when implementing and using Docbyte's solutions effectively.
  • Limited Brand Recognition
Compared to larger document management providers like OpenText, DocuWare, or M-Files, Docbyte has less widespread brand recognition, which may make stakeholders hesitant during vendor selection.

You can also try to do a reply, or if your savvy enough look into the routing info of the email. Did it com from the companies domain? I.e. docusign.com, fedex.com, ups.com anything like that. If it didn't, its fake. Source: over 3 years ago
