DocsMint is an AI-native knowledge workspace for people, applications, and AI agents.
It combines a visual document editor and raw Markdown editing with structured knowledge management, hybrid semantic search, multilingual retrieval, embeddings, and GraphRAG.
Users can create and organize documents, notes, reports, specifications, contracts, articles, templates, and other knowledge in one workspace. Existing document-generation features such as resumes, cover letters, pitch decks, one-pagers, rewriting, and AI-assisted editing remain available as part of the broader platform.
The same knowledge can be accessed by software and AI agents through REST API, TypeScript SDK, CLI, and MCP.
DocsMint is available in two forms:
The goal is to keep human-readable documents and agent-accessible knowledge in the same place instead of maintaining separate document stores, vector databases, and AI memories.

DocsMint's answer:
DocsMint started as a focused AI document creation product for resumes, cover letters, pitch decks and one-pagers.
While building those workflows, a broader problem became increasingly obvious: creating a document is often the easy part. The harder problem is keeping the knowledge inside documents useful over time.
Project context becomes scattered across files and applications. AI assistants keep their own isolated memories. Switching between tools often means explaining the same project again, while agent-generated knowledge becomes difficult for people to inspect and maintain.
DocsMint evolved around that problem.
Today, DocsMint is an AI-native knowledge workspace where people, applications and agents can work with the same information. Users can still create and edit documents with templates and AI assistance, but those documents can now become part of a searchable, structured knowledge layer accessible through hybrid retrieval, GraphRAG, REST API, SDK, CLI and MCP.
The goal is simple: create knowledge once, keep control of it, and make it reusable across both human and AI workflows.

As previously suggested, if the layout of your PDFs never changes (consistent column widths in tables and placement), you can use a zonal PDF parser like DocParser. Alternatively, an AI-powered parser may be a better choice. Source: over 3 years ago
