Docker Swarm Classic (https://github.com/docker-archive/classicswarm) is dead. Docker Swarm Mode is alive, and I know some people use it, but it's very niche compared to k8s. As someone who interacts with k8s regularly, I often feel like there is a place for a simpler k8s alternative. But looking at history I see the attempts like Swarm fail. What do you think played the decisive role in the k8s victory? Features,... - Source: Hacker News / almost 2 years ago
So the thing is support for Swarm was delegated to Mirantis, https://www.mirantis.com/blog/mirantis-will-continue-to-support-and-develop-docker-swarm/ since it was delegated very little was done to move forward swarm _> https://github.com/moby/swarmkit/commits/master , docker swarm itself (docker the company) is deprecated https://github.com/docker-archive/classicswarm . I think because there's no way to... Source: over 3 years ago
Docker Swarm is a container orchestration tool built right into the Docker CLI which allows us to deploy our Docker services to a cluster of hosts, instead of just the one allowed with Docker Compose. This is known as Swarm Mode, not to be confused with the classic Docker Swarm that is no longer being developed as a standalone product. Reminds me of https://scorecloud.com/ "ScoreCloud Songwriter takes recordings of voice and instruments and turns it into Lead Sheets, with melody, lyrics and chords." except there is no live demo (but a free download for W$ and Mac, and an app) (didn't try). - Source: Hacker News / about 2 months ago
One of them is ScoreCloud. This app takes some getting used to, but it does work. You sing into your computer mic and it will score what it hears on a lead sheet. You can also play piano and sing -- and it will create it as a score. The editor isn't great, but once you get your basic score, you can edit it in Finale or MuseScore or whatever editor you might have. Source: about 3 years ago
ScoreCloud says it does that, but I'm not a fan of software that has subscription-only prices, so you'll have to decide if it's worth it to you. Source: over 3 years ago

Have you tried https://scorecloud.com ? It's free and you can kind of freely improv on your keyboard and it will make quickly write it onto a staff for you with approximate durations. Fun to play around with, idk everyone's flow is different but maybe you'd find it useful. Source: over 3 years ago
