A lot of communities use [Discourse ](https://discourse.org). [LPSF](https://forum lpsf.org) migrated to it when Yahoo Groups was discontinued. You should consider no-code solutions specifically built for the knowledge base. We're using https://helpdocs.io/ with good results. It supports sections. Source: over 3 years ago
