In what way did you show the file comparison? Did you use a diff like diffchecker.com ? If someone can see for themselves that every bit of data between two files is exactly the same, and still thinks they are different, IDK how you could get past that. x == x is pretty fundamental. How do I find the actual difference between two strings that appear equal to the naked eye? I used multiple tools and some show no differences, but some show differences. I think that user experience of website builders with wysiwyg and drag and drop UX won over time. Then, as time passed by, website builders become bloated and complex. Once again you needed a professional to maintain your site in site builder. So now simple solutions, static HTML, free or one-time fee CMSs are sexy again.
