Diff Checker
RobocodeDiff Checker is highly recommended for software developers, writers, editors, teachers, and students who often need to compare documents or code. It is also suitable for any individuals or teams working on collaborative projects where tracking changes in scripts, documents, or spreadsheets is essential.
Robocode is recommended for beginners who want to learn Java in a fun and interactive way, computer science educators looking for an engaging teaching tool, hobbyists interested in robotics and AI, and competitive individuals who enjoy game-like challenges.
Robocode might be a bit more popular than Diff Checker. We know about 12 links to it since March 2021 and only 9 links to Diff Checker. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
Another interesting point: I copied both my answer and the suggested answer into diffchecker.com, and it said they were the same. Source: almost 3 years ago
Never knew diffchecker.com was a thing. Thank you so much for making me aware of it <3. Source: about 3 years ago
In what way did you show the file comparison? Did you use a diff like diffchecker.com ? If someone can see for themselves that every bit of data between two files is exactly the same, and still thinks they are different, IDK how you could get past that. x == x is pretty fundamental. How do I find the actual difference between two strings that appear equal to the naked eye? I used multiple tools and some show no differences, but some show differences. I got diffs on diffchecker.com, but it just shows me that they are different, but not how they differ. Is there a better tool for this? Source: over 3 years ago
I am wondering if there's something that allows you to easily display differences between two json like on diffchecker.com. Is there a library that allows you to easily do that? Source: almost 4 years ago
This idea seems similar to screeps, robocode, battle-code, and to a lesser extent, Neural MMO. Source: over 3 years ago
Looks cool! Reminds me of robocode. Source: over 3 years ago
I found https://robocode.sourceforge.io/ in Java, https://screeps.com/ in JavaScript (WASM from Golang seems not to work), and https://leekwars.com/ had its own languageโฆ. Source: about 4 years ago
You had to write the intelligence of a robot/tank in a C-like language of these game development software. The bottom line is two of these programs competed against each other. If I remember correctly these battles took place in a recurring tournament and you could win a license of the game developement software, or maybe nothing. The only one I found in a 2-minute search that is similar to this is Robocode... Source: over 4 years ago
One of the first incantations of this idea that I encountered, when I had just started working at my first corporate job back in the day, was Robocode ( https://robocode.sourceforge.io/ ) - it was great fun, and I see it's still going. - Source: Hacker News / over 4 years ago
