Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing DeveloperToolStack and Twilight.pics.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Twilight.pics's answer:

Three reasons: consistency, speed, and control. Unlike prompting a general AI model, Twilight's real-estate presets produce the same professional result across a whole shoot, so a listing looks cohesive. Each edit takes about 15 seconds instead of a day's wait for outsourced editing. And every edit is saved as a version per photo, so you can compare, pick the best, and keep iterating. The virtual staging plans furniture from the room's real geometry rather than pasting a template, so it actually fits the space. You can verify all of this free, since the first edit needs no signup.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Twilight.pics's answer:

Next.js (App Router) and React with TypeScript on the front end, Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Storage, and edge functions) on the back end, and fal.ai image models for the editing pipeline, with Google Gemini for image analysis and prompt generation. Deployed on Vercel and Supabase.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Twilight.pics's answer:

Real estate agents, property photographers, Airbnb and vacation-rental hosts, and property managers. Anyone whose income depends on a property looking like the best version of itself in a listing, and who wants professional photos without the cost, wait, or inconsistency of manual editing.

What makes your product unique?

Twilight.pics's answer:

Twilight is an AI photo editor built only for real estate, not a general image tool. More and more agents already edit listing photos with AI, but prompting a general model is slow and inconsistent: you wait for each version and the look drifts from shot to shot. Twilight replaces that with purpose-built presets that give a consistent, reliable result every time. It also analyzes each photo first, then writes a tailored edit instruction, so rooflines, windows, and true proportions are preserved instead of a generic filter being applied. Every version is saved per photo, so you can compare and refine without starting over.

What's the story behind your product?

Twilight.pics's answer:

Twilight was built because people are using AI more and more to edit real estate photos, but the consistency, reliability, and version control were always lacking. Prompting a model and waiting for each new version took too long and produced inconsistent results. Twilight fixes exactly that: purpose-built presets that deliver a consistent, professional result in about 15 seconds, with every version saved per photo so nothing gets lost.
