Hilite also differentiates itself through its mission-driven, human, and aspirational approach to helping more voices and ideas get heard.

Hilite was born from the belief that some of the most valuable ideas come from voices that often go unheard. Its founders experienced this firsthand while creating Zimbabwean Voices, a podcast focused on amplifying underrepresented stories.
