What makes your product unique?

DataSort's answer

Most AI spreadsheet tools hand back a new file and leave the checking to you. DataSort lists every cell it changed with the value before and after, lets you put any change back, and checks every batch of a large file against the rows it was sent, so rows do not quietly go missing. It runs in the browser with no signup, and your file is not stored on our servers.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

DataSort's answer

Anyone who works with spreadsheet data and does not want to write code: analysts, operations and finance teams, researchers, journalists, small business owners, and developers who need a quick Excel to JSON or SQL conversion. It is not an enterprise ETL or data warehouse platform.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

DataSort's answer

JavaScript and HTML with Tailwind CSS on the front end, SheetJS for reading Excel and CSV files in the browser, Firebase (Hosting, Authentication, Firestore and Cloud Functions) on Google Cloud, and Google Gemini 2.5 Flash for AI cleaning and the assistant.
